Today I thought I would do a simple burger for the BBQ as it was feeling like summer. And summer one has to cook as many meals on the BBQ.
Hot Italian sausage meat without casing 375 g
2 tbsp. of Heinz burger sauce, it’s a mustard sauce with horseradish in it this will give the burger a bit of a kick
1/2 cup of white wine
1 lb of mix meat, veal, beef and pork mixture
2 tbsp. President Choice sweet with heat sauce again another type of mustard
1 lb of extra lean beef
3 tbsp. of Boursin cheese I used the one with chive and basil mixture
2 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. of smoke paprika
Mix all together and shape into patties, this should make 10 patties. I shape my patties by using a small serving dish. I put about 1/2 cup of burger mixture in to each dish. Spread mixture out in dish, smooth it out and then using a knife gently help burger out. I put the burgers on wax paper. Heat up BBQ and when ready place onto the BBQ and cook for about 6 minutes a side.
