Advice 1: The start of happiness

As a simple dog, one needs to remember that happiness is within us all.  So pick something that makes you, or reminds you, of happiness.  As a feeling will  kick start your journey  of finding compete happiness.  So when you are stress think of that.  So my happy place, my happy thought, that fills my heart with warmth, is the beach.  So my happy place, is the beach.  So my happy thought is of the beach, and by having this happy thought it acts like a hug, and I will feel the warmth and joy that rolls over one when they get a hug.

So when feeling lonely, sad or stressed I think of the beach.  An happiness washes over me, like a cup full of peanut butter.  Because peanut butter also makes me happy.
