You will need three bowls. I made this recipe for people.
1 tbsp. of marinated ginger
3 garlic cloves diced
3 tbsp. of soy sauce
2 tbsp. of dark maple syrup
1 tbsp. of sake
2 tbsp. of soya oil
1/2 block of medium to hard tofu
1 corn on the cob
2 peppers, one red and one green
1 medium size onion
2 cups of rice
tsp of 1 pepper
Slice up the steak and put into bowl, in the other bowl cube the tofu and put it into one of the other bowls in the third bowl slice the peppers, peel and cut up the carrots, slice the onion into slices and put into the third bowl.
In each bowl put 1tsp of pepper, 2 tbsp. of soya oil, 1 tbsp. of sake, 2 tbsp. of dark maple syrup, dice up 3 cloves for each bowl and put into the bowls, take a tbsp. of marinated ginger for each bowl, dice up and put into bowl. Stir mixing well, let it sit for at least half an hour.
When ready to cook, put 4 cups of water in pot and add, but after you wash rice, to the pot, leave lid off and heat, on high. Once it starts to boil, cover and turn down to low and let cook for at least 20 to 30 mins. In a big fry pan, put the vegs from the bowl with its contents into the fry pan and cook, for about 10 minutes or longer if you like your vegs soft but I like mine hard. Once they are cooked put onto a warm serving plate and put the plate into the oven to stay warm. Then using the same fry pan put the tofu and it contains from bowl into fry pan and stir fry for about 10 minutes until it looks cooked. Then put onto the plate and put into the oven to stay warm. Now in the same fry pan put the beef and the contains into the pan and fry for about six minutes. I like my steak not over cooked. Then put onto warm plate and put into the oven. Put the rice into a bowl and serve all items. Enjoy.
