Spicy Pesto Baked Eggs

Turn oven on, to 425

Spray a small baking dish with avocado spray. Once the oven is hot then put 2 tbsp of cream in dish, break 2 eggs and put it in dish, top the eggs with 1 heaping tbsp of Kirkland pesto sauce, take 4 or 6 grape tomatoes cut in half and sprinkle on top, then take a tsp of ground fresh chilli paste, put in middle of the creation, grind some pepper over dish. Then place dish in oven and bake for 10 mins if you want eggs yokes runny and 18 mins if you want them hard.

Serve with bacon, orange juice and either tea or coffee. Enjoy
