Blueberry Crumble Rum Milkshake

Ingredients:

Milkshake

3 large scoops of French vanilla ice cream

1/3 cup of 2% milk

1 bar of a two pack granola bar of oats and honey

1 tsp of vanilla

1/4 cup of dark rum (I use Trinidad rum)

3 tbsp of blueberry compost

But all ingredients in blender and blend

Whip cream

1 cup of whipping cream

1 tbsp of sugar

1 tsp of vanilla

Mix 3 ingredients together in mixing bowl and whip together

Blueberry Compost

1 cup of blueberries fresh but you can use frozen

1 tbsp of water

1 tbsp of sugar

A splash of lemon juice

Put 1/2 the blueberries into pot with rest of ingredients bring to a boil, turn down and simmer for 20 minutes, then add the other half of blueberries cook for another 10 minutes until thicken.

Chocolate topping

About 10 to 15 dark chocolate chips and 1 to 2 tsp of whipping cream in a tea cup, warm in microwave stir blending together until smooth

Directions:

I use my individual blender I add the following: 3 large scoops of French vanilla ice cream, 1/3 cup of 2% milk, 1 tsp of vanilla, 1 bar of a two pack granola bar of oats and honey, 1/4 cup of rum, 3 tbsp of blueberry compost, all ingredients in blender then I blend.

Once blended I pour into tall glass and top with whip cream. I take the other granola bar crumble it up and sprinkle on top of the whip cream, then I take a few dark chocolate chips like about 15 or so pieces put in a tea cup add in 1 to 2 tsp of whip cream warm in microwave for 30 second until soft, stir mixing it together, then spread on top of whip cream.
