1 medium red onion, cut into chunks
2 carrots diced
1 each, red, green, yellow peppers cut into chunks
1/2 small cabbage sliced into strips
1 celery stick diced
2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp dry ginger,
1 Tbsp chilli sauce
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1/4 cup of olive oil or better soya oil for stir frying
Note: you can change the vegetables to ones you like or add other vegetables to the mix
Put all vegetables into bowl, add the sauce ingredients but oil into bowl with vegetables, mix well and let sit for 30 mins to hour.
When ready take fry pan, put oil in, turn onto medium and heat for 2 to 3 minutes, add carrots and onions from mixture, fry for 4 minutes, then add rest of vegetables and fry for another4 minutes or so.
Put onto severing dish and either sever right away or keep warm. Enjoy.
